1. Shipping
Most 40MAX orders are shipped from our warehouse in Shenzhen, China. Estimated delivery times depend on your selected shipping method.
Order Processing Time:

In-stock items: Ships within 2 business days

Made-to-order/custom items: Ships within 7 business days

Orders placed on weekends or holidays may require 1 additional business day
Shipping Fees:

Free shipping: Orders over $69 (domestic standard shipping)

Orders under $69: $7.99–$9.99 depending on destination
Remote Area Surcharge (USA only):
Due to higher shipping costs, certain U.S. states and territories require an additional $15 remote area surcharge:
AA, AE, AP, AS, FM, GU, MH, MP, PW, VI, PR, AK (Alaska), HI (Hawaii – some outer islands)

Due to international regulations, we temporarily do not ship to Brazil.

Shipping to Hong Kong SAR is available with a flat shipping fee of $14.99 USD per order.
For airsoft grenade items, you may also choose to purchase from local retail stores.
2. Customs Duties & Import Taxes
Orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Please check with your local customs office before purchasing.
Failure to pay duties or taxes may result in delays, return-to-sender shipments, or additional fees.
3. Warranty Policy
All 40MAX products are covered by a 3-month limited warranty under reasonable conditions.
Warranty Procedure:

We will respond within 24 hours and may request additional information.

If eligible, we will advise on return or replacement.
Shipping for Returns:

User-caused issues: Buyer covers return shipping
Warranty Period: Begins from the delivery date
Inspection: Please inspect all items within 7 days of delivery. Report any quality issues immediately.
What Is Not Covered:

Misuse, impact, or improper operation

Modifications, disassembly, or unauthorized repairs

Cosmetic damage or normal wear and tear

Using the product beyond its intended purpose (e.g., real firearms)

Improper voltage, overloading, or exposure to water/chemicals

Wrong or incomplete shipping address

Lost or stolen parcels after delivery confirmation

Consumables (e.g., BBs, gas, tape)
Late Delivery:
If your shipment exceeds the estimated delivery time by 15 days or more, please contact us for assistance.
