40MAX Airsoft Return & Cancellation Policy

At 40MAX-Airsoft.com, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to shop with confidence knowing that our return, refund, and cancellation policies are clear, fair, and hassle-free.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 15 calendar days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition.
  • Items must be returned with original packaging, accessories, and manuals.
  • Used items are not eligible for returns or refunds due to the nature of airsoft and impact-based products.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email our support team at support@40max-airsoft.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  2. Once approved, ship the product back to the designated return address.
  3. After inspection, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or denied.

Refunds are typically processed to your original payment method within 7 business days after approval.

Refund Details

Please note that refunds may be reduced by:

  • Original shipping fees (if applicable)
  • Return shipping costs
  • Payment processing fees (credit card, PayPal, etc.)

We only refund shipping and processing fees if the return is due to our mistake (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.
  • To cancel, contact us immediately at support@40max-airsoft.com with your order number.

Once Shipped

  • Orders cannot be canceled after shipment.
  • If delivery is refused or the package is returned due to an incorrect address or unpaid duties/taxes, a restocking fee and round-trip shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Important Notes

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
  • Unauthorized returns may be rejected or delayed.
  • Warranty coverage is separate from this policy. Please see our Warranty Policy for details on defective items.
